Something didn't work out? No problem! We are happy to exchange OR offer you store credit with seven days of receiving your order. Please note that being a small business we cannot afford to extend this timeline.  We do not offer a full cash refund back unless you have pleaded a case with one of us and an exception has been made: jlofthouse@hotmail.com

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
